Problem :
Before the website was designed, the hub struggled with low visibility, poor communication, and limited reach — people didn’t know about its existence, courses, or services. Enrollment and inquiries were done manually, making operations slow and inefficient, while the lack of an online presence made the hub appear less credible and hindered collaboration or community engagement.
Solution :
With the website in place, the hub now has a strong digital presence that clearly showcases its courses, services, and co-working opportunities. It allows easy online registration and inquiries, improves communication, builds credibility through professional design, and connects learners and collaborators in one accessible, centralized platform.
Challenge :
While designing the website, I faced challenges such as defining a clear information structure that would accommodate multiple courses and services without overwhelming users. Maintaining a balance between aesthetics and usability was another challenge, especially in ensuring the interface looked modern yet remained simple for non-tech-savvy visitors. Integrating different sections — such as courses, co-working spaces, and booking — into one smooth user flow required strategic planning.
Summary :
In summary, the website design addressed the hub’s visibility and communication problems by creating a well-structured, user-friendly, and professional online platform. Despite facing design challenges around structure, responsiveness, and user experience, I successfully delivered a digital solution that not only enhanced the hub’s credibility but also simplified access to its services, improved engagement, and strengthened its overall brand presence.
